Winter wheat takes the biggest part of our crop rotation. It is drilled in September and harvested the following August.
Spring wheat is grown too. It is seeded in spring as soon as the weather and soil conditions allow us to start field work and it is harvested in the same summer.
Winter oilseed rape is a very important and the second major part of our crop rotation. Seeded in August it gives us a yellow sea of flowers the following year in May.
As a european grown and GMO free protein crop it is only recently part of our crop rotation. The spring crop helps us to widen our crop rotation and improve our soil.
